TARTANS CAKE STAND
The interesting thing about this store is that it is attached to a liquor store and makes sweets using sake.
I thought it was interesting because I had never seen sake confections in a showcase as a cake shop, even though there are products that last for a long time in souvenir shops.
ここのお店の面白い所は酒屋に併設されており、日本酒を使ったスイーツを作っている所になります。
日本酒を使ったお菓子はお土産店等でお土産として長持ちする商品が売られている事はありますが、ケーキ屋さんとしてショーケースで見る事はなかったので、面白いと思いました。
SAKEゼリーや酒クリームの日本酒入りのメニューがあり日本酒と甘いスイーツの味の両方が味わえます。
日本酒も飲む事が出来るので、日本酒を使ったスイーツではなく、日本酒とスイーツの両方を楽しむのも良いです。
